Have you ever thought of being a steward?

Holy Trinity and St. Mary’s need YOU!

Stewards welcome visitors by

offering a friendly greeting,
showing them round the Church or indicating where historical information is available, such as leaflets,
indicating where Parish information is available, service times etc.
offering details of local help and advice agencies,
leaving them in peace,
assisting with or discussing concerns where appropriate.

Stewards aim to be available in Holy Trinity Church from 11.0 am to 3.0 pm on Tuesday to Friday each week from Easter until October. An individual steward covers two hours, either from 11.0 am to 1.0 pm or from 1.0 pm to 3.0 pm.

We would be delighted to have more volunteers working on a fortnightly rota.

1. These were stewards at Holy Trinity on a Saturday before Christmas:

We are hoping to gather a group of regular Saturday stewards to enable the church to be open to the public between 11.0 am and 3.0 pm at least once a month.

We therefore need volunteers to offer an hour or more between 11.0 am and 3.0 pm, perhaps once a month.

St.Mary’s needs additional stewards on Thursdays, but also on Tuesdays for the Farmer’s Market days, and on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during August.
