Holy Trinity and St Mary's Parish Office

The Parish Office is open Mondays to
Fridays from 9.00am to 1.00pm. Its major responsibilities are: producing
the weekly newsletters and all service sheets for Holy Trinity and St.
Mary's, booking Baptisms and Weddings, maintaining the parish registers,
organising the letting of the Parish Hall and both churches for concerts,
meetings etc, keeping the Parish diary, general correspondence and dealing
with enquiries and visitors to the office.
The Holy Trinity Caretaker, keeps the church open from 10.00am to 3.00pm
on Tuesdays to Saturdays. He is responsible for keeping the church clean
and tidy and for arranging the furniture for special events.

The need for a parish press officer was identified
recently to tell the town, through the Surrey Advertiser, what this parish
stands for, and what it can offer individuals: that it is a place where
lively, interesting things happen. We also want to tell readers of the
Diocesan Herald what is distinctive about this parish. Any parishioner
who has a story for the press is invited to contact Mary Howard who would
be glad to help submit it effectively.
