Joy Todd, Assistant Curate

Licensed first as a lay-reader in 1986 and later as a priest in 1990, I was formerly an accountant with the Guildford Borough Council until I retired in 1988. I have always lived in Guildford and worshipped at St. Johns, Stoke-next-Guildford until the death of my parents in 1978.

I joined the Holy Trinity choir in 1978 and continued to sing with them until I was ordained. I was an Ordained Local Minister (OLM) until September 1998 when I reached the age of 70. I was then granted Permission to Officiate so that I can continue to minister in the Parish as long as needed.

In addition to Sunday services, I am available for whatever may be required during the week (except my day off on Tuesday). My ministry is now mainly concerned with pastoral work.
